Dash Rendar's ability is very potent in the right hands and it is easy to see why the 'Super Dash' build is so popular around the world. With the Outrider title equipped and a Heavy Laser Cannon you have a 4-dice attack that can shoot outside of arc. The downfall however is opponents will be aiming to get inside the 'donut', that is at range 1 to prevent any fire at them.
By equipping Push The Limit and Engine Upgrade, the barrel roll action followed by a boost is a pretty good way to ensure something will be worthy of shooting at from range 2-3.
Kyle Katarn is normally the crew of choice to gain a focus token after removing a stress token, however, with only 4 green manoeuvres, this can make the YT-2400 somewhat predicatable allowing ships to block you. A work around for this, is to take the cheaper Nien Numb unlocking the 3 and 4 straight manoeuvres to green which makes it a lot harder to catch the Super Dash build out.
Of course the Super Dash 2.0 version substitutes Kyle Katarn for Kanan Jarrus which then makes him completely unpredictable.
Debris fields are the ideal choice when taking Dash Rendar in your squadron.
