Blount's ability seems custom made for Advanced Homing Missiles. The target is always hit, therefore taking a face-up damage card that bypasses shields (this can destroy A-Wings, TIE Phantoms and other Z-95 Headhunters outright with a direct hit).
XX-23 S-Thread Tracers would work on him as well to ensure your nearby squad mates gain a target lock. Ion Pulse Missiles will ensure a target it ionised, whilst Assault Missiles guarantee splash damage.
A lot of co-ordination needs to happen when using him however, with no torpedo slot to take extra munitions he literally hits once, and then becomes a stock standard Z-95 Headhunter. So it begs the question, is his ability worth the extra points?
Veteran Instincts would be the EPT of choice or Adaptability to keep the price down.
